The retreat will start on Friday; September 19th . We recommend that couples take off work and travel to Chattanooga Friday morning or early enough to take in some sights. Check in is at 3:00 PM at the Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place. Relax, get settled, and enjoy some of the sites. We will go to dinner together. The first session is Friday evening and will end in plenty of time for you to spend time with your spouse. There will be plenty of free time on Saturday to shop and enjoy the sites in Chattanooga. Sunday we will worship together, wrap-up, and head home.
Marriage Enrichment Sessions will be led by David and Angela Bobo, Mario & Faye Simmons, and Jim & Beverly Harbin. They have hosted successful retreats for 26 years, in Gatlinburg, TN, a cruise to Cozumel, Hot Springs, Atlanta, Greensville, Branson, New Orleans, Paris, TN, and Huntsville.

Both the couple's assessment and the curriculum are evidenced based. Married couples have seen tremendous results using these evidence-based tools. Prepare and Enrich is the couple's assessment that is administered. We use the evidence based Prepare and Enrich for our couple's assessment. It is one of the most widely researched assessment tools. Prepare and Enrich gives couples a snapshot of their relationship at a point in time. It is not meant to be predictive of the relationship, but helps couples know what they need to work on. Professors and students at colleges and universities worldwide use the scales as a tool to conduct and evaluate their research. Prepare and Enrich continues to adapt and react to the changing reality of relationships through continued research and development of assessments and resources.
Prep 8.0 is the relationship skills education curriculum that is used in the comfort of your own home. You and your spouse go through the curriculum at your own pace. Prep 8.0 is a nationally known curriculum that is used by couples around the country and has been used by couples in the military with outstanding results.
